Import List overview

Import List is the workspace between product discovery and a live marketplace listing. Products can arrive from Item Finder, Automator, Archived Products, a repost action, or a supported manual URL.

Each row combines a supplier product with an eBay listing draft or posting result. Its visible state can indicate that product details are still loading, the draft needs attention, posting is queued, posting succeeded, or an action failed.

Do not treat an import-complete state as proof that the eBay listing succeeded. Review the eBay detail status and visible message.

  1. Open Import List.
  2. Choose the manual product or URL action.
  3. Paste a supported Amazon product URL.
  4. Submit it once.
  5. Wait for product details and eligibility checks.
  6. Review the new row before posting.

An active Blocked Products entry, active Import List/live presence, current safety rule, unsupported URL, unavailable source item, or parsing failure can prevent the row from being created.

Use row selection for actions that apply to a known set of products:

  • Edit common listing values.
  • Recalculate or apply profit settings.
  • Post selected eligible products.
  • Remove failed or no-longer-needed rows.
  • Move to a related blocked or archived workflow where the UI provides it.

Confirm the number of selected rows before a bulk action. Selection may be limited to the current page.

Newly materialized products receive a stored priority rank. The page normally combines that rank with recent activity so queued work appears predictably. Refresh after a background batch finishes instead of relying on the previous visual order.

The Import List actions menu can remove rows that no longer have active listing work. Cleanup also recomputes product presence, allowing Item Finder or Automator to consider the product again only when no active Import List row or live listing remains.

A personal block is independent. Removing an Import List row does not allow a blocked product again.
