New accounts begin with practical starting settings, so you do not need to complete a long settings checklist during onboarding. Review these settings before your first listing and change them later when you understand how they affect your store.
Choose your eBay policies
Section titled “Choose your eBay policies”During a first connection, Dropship Calendar keeps valid selections or prepares these missing baselines: DC payment, DC free standard shipping with 3-day handling, DC 30-day buyer-paid returns, and DC automotive returns. Reconnects only check existing choices; they do not replace them.
Open Settings → eBay Policies if you want to review or change a selection. See eBay business policies for more detail.
Choose your description template
Section titled “Choose your description template”A new account receives a template named Main, based on custom template 1, and it is selected for new listings. Open Settings → Description Templates to preview or change it.
Set your default profit
Section titled “Set your default profit”The starting Profit Default is 15%. Advanced Listing is off, and Stop If Delivery Exceeds is 14 days.
Set your default quantity
Section titled “Set your default quantity”The starting eBay listing quantity is 6. Volume Checker, automatic listing-quantity updates, and setting quantity to zero instead of removing an unavailable listing are enabled.
The address fields on this page are optional. If you enter any address information, complete the street address, city, state, postal code, and country before saving.
Automator and Repricer starting values
Section titled “Automator and Repricer starting values”Automator starts with quantity 200, retail price $2–$30, no more than 1 member already listing the product, minimum profit -10%, and minimum sales 4. Repricer starts in Adjust price mode.
Check before your first listing
Section titled “Check before your first listing”Before moving on, confirm that:
- The intended eBay seller is connected.
- Payment, return, shipping, and automotive policy selections are available.
- Main is the selected description template.
- The starting profit, quantity, delivery, Automator, and Repricer values suit your plan.
