Dropship Calendar is built to help you go from starting your first eBay store to running a scalable, multi-store operation.

It brings product research, listing creation, inventory and pricing monitoring, and order fulfillment into one connected dashboard.

Our goal is to reduce repetitive work, keep your operation under control, and help you scale with confidence.

What dropshipping means

Dropshipping means you list a product for sale without keeping it in your own warehouse. After a customer buys it, you purchase it from a supplier and arrange delivery to the customer.

Dropship Calendar helps with research, listings, price and stock checks, and order management. It does not remove the responsibility of running the store. You still choose what to sell, follow eBay and supplier rules, check your results, handle customer service, and make sure every order arrives.

Profit figures are estimates, not guaranteed earnings. Supplier prices, taxes, eBay fees, refunds, returns, and other costs can change the final result. Start with a small number of listings and review real orders before increasing volume.

From product research to a shipped order

1. Connect your eBay store. Approve access once while Dropship Calendar verifies the store, turns on live updates, and prepares business policies.
2. Find products. Use Item Finder to explore eBay stores and identify products worth listing.
3. Prepare listings. Add products to Import List and review their titles, images, descriptions, pricing, and policies.
4. Post to eBay. Publish individual products or larger selections when they are ready.
5. Manage your listings. Use My Products for revisions, supplier changes, archiving, removal, and performance review.
6. Your store stays up to date automatically. Once enabled, pricing and inventory tools monitor supplier changes and apply your saved settings without daily manual work.
7. Fulfill orders. My Orders records order state. Auto Ordering can place supplier orders when the connected account and order are eligible.
8. Review customer requests. Resolution Center shows buyer cancellation and item not received requests, explains what needs attention, and confirms every action before it is sent to eBay.

Dashboard orientation

The primary navigation contains:

• Dashboard for account activity and summary information.
• Item Finder for eBay stores, scans, product research, and Automator actions.
• Import List for products being prepared or queued for listing.
• My Products for live and previously managed listings.
• My Orders for sales, fulfillment, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Resolution Center for customer requests that need review or a response.
• Billing and Settings for subscription, eBay, pricing, automation, descriptions, and order configuration.

Some supporting pages, including Archived Products, Blocked Products, listing statistics, and notifications, are opened from actions within these areas.

Start with a strong setup

1. Connect eBay once and wait for both setup checks to complete.
2. Review the payment, return, shipping, description, profit, and quantity defaults that Dropship Calendar prepared for a new account.
3. Add an eBay store to Item Finder and find products.
4. Run a small selection through the complete listing workflow.
5. Check the live results before increasing volume or enabling automation.
