How Dropship Calendar works

Dropship Calendar organizes the dropshipping workflow into a few connected areas. Each area owns a different stage of a product’s lifecycle.

  1. Connect eBay. Authorize the seller account and confirm its listing settings and business policies.
  2. Research products. Item Finder scans selected shops and shows product and sales signals.
  3. Stage products. Add eligible products to Import List.
  4. Prepare listings. Review titles, images, descriptions, item specifics, profit, and policies.
  5. Post to eBay. Submit one product, a selection, or an eligible batch.
  6. Manage live listings. Use My Products for revisions, supplier changes, archiving, removal, and performance review.
  7. Monitor pricing and volume. Repricer responds to supplier-cost changes, while Volume Checker can remove qualifying unsold listings.
  8. Fulfill sales. My Orders records order state. Auto Ordering can place supplier orders when the connected account and order are eligible.

The primary navigation contains:

  • Dashboard for account activity and summary information.
  • Item Finder for shops, scans, product research, and Automator actions.
  • Import List for products being prepared or queued for listing.
  • My Products for live and previously managed listings.
  • My Orders for sales, fulfillment, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Billing and Settings for subscription, eBay, pricing, automation, descriptions, and order configuration.

Some supporting pages, including Archived Products, Blocked Products, listing statistics, and notifications, are opened from actions within these areas.

A product can be visible in Item Finder, staged in Import List, live in My Products, archived, blocked by you, or rejected by a shared safety rule. These states are not interchangeable.

For example, allowing a product again removes your personal block, but it does not override VERO or restricted-product checks. See Product eligibility.

Scans, listing batches, deletion batches, repricing, and fulfillment may use queues. A progress message can finish after you move to another page. Do not submit the same action repeatedly because a result is not immediate; first refresh the relevant page and check its status or error message.

  5. Add and scan one Item Finder shop.
  6. Prepare and post one low-risk product.
  7. Confirm it appears correctly on eBay before enabling larger batches or automation.
