Manage live listings
My Products is the main workspace for current listings. Use filters and views to narrow the set before selecting bulk actions.
Revise a listing
Section titled “Revise a listing”Open a product to change supported listing fields. A revision updates an existing eBay listing; it is different from creating a fresh listing.
Verify the listing after changes to:
- Price or profit.
- Quantity.
- Supplier URL.
- Title, description, images, or item specifics.
- Other fields exposed by the edit form.
Existing live revise operations are not treated as fresh listing attempts by Blocked Products. Blocking is intended to prevent future sourcing and new listing creation.
Bulk actions
Section titled “Bulk actions”My Products can provide actions such as:
- Revise selected products.
- Apply account pricing.
- Change quantity.
- Remove selected products.
Selection is based on concrete visible IDs. Confirm the selected count and filters before submitting. Current-page select-all should not be assumed to mean every product across all pages.
Change a supplier link
Section titled “Change a supplier link”Use a supplier-link action only when the replacement is the same product and variation. After changing it:
- Verify the source title, images, variation, price, and shipping.
- Recalculate listing price and profit.
- Confirm stock and delivery expectations.
- Save and inspect the live listing.
Quantity and out-of-stock behavior
Section titled “Quantity and out-of-stock behavior”Account settings can update listing quantity automatically or set quantity to zero instead of removing qualifying products. Understand which behavior your account uses before changing it.
Remove a listing
Section titled “Remove a listing”A normal eBay removal ends the selected listing and then updates local product state. Local presence changes only after successful local deletion processing.
The optional Remove and block checkbox is off by default. When enabled, your Amazon ASIN block is saved before deletion work starts. See Blocked Products.
Listing statistics
Section titled “Listing statistics”Use listing statistics and views to compare active, archived, out-of-stock, or otherwise categorized products. Statistics can update after background marketplace synchronization; refresh before making a large selection from a previous count.
