Settings overview

Settings controls defaults used by future work. Review the section you changed and save before leaving the page.

General settings include account-level values used across listing and fulfillment workflows. Review profit defaults and any Auto Ordering preference exposed there.

Configure listing defaults such as:

  • Default product quantity.
  • Listing address, city, state, postal code, and country.
  • Volume Checker.
  • Automatic listing-quantity behavior.
  • Whether qualifying products use quantity zero instead of removal.

These values can affect many new or managed listings. Verify the saved values before a bulk action.

Choose account pricing defaults, Repricer mode, supplier-price range rules, and preview calculations. See Repricer.

Refresh the connected seller’s real payment, return, and shipping policies, then save the intended selections. See eBay business policies.

Create and maintain reusable eBay listing descriptions. Preview a template with real draft content before using it broadly.

Review connected marketplace stores and their authorization state. Reconnect the same intended seller when authorization needs attention.

Manage supplier accounts, daily order counts, Billing Accounts, proxies, account verification, and fulfillment preferences. See Set up Auto Ordering.

Configure candidate and posting quantities, price/profit/sales limits, title behavior, and scheduled posting. See Automator settings.
