Connect your eBay store
Connect eBay before using Item Finder listing actions, Import List posting, My Products, or eBay order management.
Before you connect
Section titled “Before you connect”- Sign in to the eBay seller account you intend to use.
- Confirm the account can create listings in its eBay marketplace.
- If you use eBay Business Policies, enroll the seller before refreshing policies in Dropship Calendar.
- Finish any required eBay account verification directly with eBay.
Connect the store
Section titled “Connect the store”- Open Settings and choose My Stores or use the eBay connection prompt shown during setup.
- Choose eBay and start authorization.
- Complete the eBay sign-in and consent pages.
- Return to Dropship Calendar.
- Confirm that the connected store displays the seller you expected.
- Open Settings → eBay Policies and choose Refresh policies.
- Select or confirm payment, return, and shipping policies, then save.
Dropship Calendar binds policy information to the verified eBay seller. Reconnecting the same seller preserves that seller’s choices. Connecting a different seller creates a separate policy context.
Reconnect an existing seller
Section titled “Reconnect an existing seller”Reconnect when eBay authorization expires or the application reports that the store needs attention:
- Open the connected eBay store.
- Choose the reconnect or authorization action.
- Sign in to the same eBay seller.
- Return to eBay Policies and refresh.
- Confirm the seller and saved selections before posting.
If the wrong seller appears
Section titled “If the wrong seller appears”Stop before posting. Do not assume policies from one seller apply to another.
- Return to eBay and verify which account is signed in.
- Disconnect or restart authorization using the correct account.
- Confirm the connected seller in Dropship Calendar.
- Refresh policies and review every selection.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”Business Policies enrollment is required
Section titled “Business Policies enrollment is required”Use the eBay enrollment link shown by Dropship Calendar, complete enrollment on eBay, then choose Refresh policies again.
Refresh does not change the policy list
Section titled “Refresh does not change the policy list”Confirm all three policy types exist on eBay. A partial policy refresh does not replace the last complete local policy set.
Authorization returns to the login page
Section titled “Authorization returns to the login page”Allow the eBay authorization flow to finish in one browser session. If it continues, capture the time and sanitized error text and contact support.
