Dropship Calendar checks products before they are added or posted to eBay. If a product could create a policy or account-safety risk, Dropship Calendar may prevent it from moving forward.
Why a product may be blocked

Section titled “VERO and intellectual-property concerns”VeRO is eBay’s Verified Rights Owner program. It helps protect intellectual-property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, and product designs. Rights owners can report listings that may use their property without permission.
Dropship Calendar may prevent a product from being listed when it is connected to a known internal VERO restriction or intellectual-property risk.
eBay may describe a notice as Intellectual Property Policy, VeRO, or Counterfeit Policy. These labels can overlap, but they are not interchangeable. A Counterfeit notice does not necessarily mean a VeRO rights owner reported the listing.

Restricted products
Section titled “Restricted products”Some products cannot be listed because of their product type, category, marketplace rules, or Dropship Calendar’s product-safety requirements.
When a product is restricted, it cannot be added to Import List or posted through Dropship Calendar.
Why a product can be stopped later
Section titled “Why a product can be stopped later”Dropship Calendar checks a product again as it moves toward eBay. A product that appeared in Item Finder earlier may be stopped later if its information or safety status has changed.
This protects your store from posting a product that is no longer considered safe to list.
Blocked by you versus blocked for safety

What to do when a product is rejected
Section titled “What to do when a product is rejected”- Read the reason shown by Dropship Calendar.
- Do not repeatedly retry or attempt to add the product another way.
- Choose another product to review.
- If you believe the product was blocked incorrectly, contact support with the product URL and a screenshot of the message.
Never send your eBay password, account credentials, or private access information.
