Find products with real sales behind them
Section titled “Find products with real sales behind them”Item Finder helps you research real eBay dropshipping stores and find products that are already generating sales.
Add an eBay store you want to study and scan its listings. Dropship Calendar matches those eBay listings with the supplier products behind them, allowing you to compare sales history, supplier cost, estimated profit, availability, and listing details in one place.
Instead of starting with a product and hoping it will sell, you can start with evidence of demand and decide whether the product makes sense for your own store.
How Item Finder works
Section titled “How Item Finder works”- Add an eBay store. Choose a dropshipping store whose products you want to research.
- Scan the store. Item Finder reviews its listings and looks for matching supplier products.
- Review the matches. See the eBay listing and supplier product together with sales, pricing, estimated profit, and availability information.
- Narrow the results. Filter by sales, supplier price, estimated profit, and other details that matter to your operation.
- Choose products for your store. Verify the products you may want to list and add them to Import List when you are ready to prepare the listings.

If a product is unavailable
Section titled “If a product is unavailable”A product may be unavailable because:
- It is already active in your Import List or live listings.
- You placed its Amazon ASIN in Blocked Products.
- It is VERO or restricted.
- The card is not ready or no longer globally displayable.
- The eBay store was removed from Item Finder.
- The product no longer passes a current safety or availability check.

Sales history is a starting point
Section titled “Sales history is a starting point”A product selling successfully in another store is evidence of demand, but it does not guarantee that the product will perform the same way in your store. Review the current supplier offer, shipping cost, product condition, variations, delivery promise, and eBay competition before adding it to Import List.
