Post products to eBay

Posting creates real eBay listings. Verify your connected seller and review pricing, quantity, location, description, and policies before starting.

  • Post one is best for a first listing or a corrected failure.
  • Post selected submits only the currently selected eligible rows.
  • Post all eligible submits the available eligible set represented by the action.

Read the confirmation text and selected count. Do not assume a page-level selection includes rows on other pages.

  1. Dropship Calendar claims eligible rows for posting.
  2. Product safety and personal-block checks run again.
  3. Listing data and current local eBay policy selections are prepared.
  4. Work may wait in a queue or cooldown.
  5. The listing consumer performs a final block check immediately before the external eBay add call.
  6. The result updates Import List and, on success, My Products.

Fresh posting checks are stricter than revising an existing live listing. A product that became blocked after it entered Import List cannot be freshly posted.

  • Leave claimed or pending rows alone while their action is active.
  • Refresh after a progress indicator completes.
  • Open the visible status or message for a failed row.
  • Confirm successful listings directly on eBay and in My Products.

Retry only after correcting the stated problem. Before retrying:

  1. Confirm no eBay listing was created.
  2. Refresh the Import List row.
  3. Correct category, item specifics, images, policy selections, or account authorization.
  4. Recheck product eligibility.
  5. Submit the single corrected row.

If the result is uncertain, contact support rather than risking a duplicate listing.

Automotive categories can require different policy and item-specific behavior. Review compatibility and the effective business policies carefully. A retry can use a corrected category or policy path, but it must still pass current safety and seller-policy validation.
