Product eligibility overview
Dropship Calendar uses separate eligibility concepts for different purposes. Removing one condition does not remove the others.

Why checks happen more than once
Section titled “Why checks happen more than once”Search indexes, open pages, and queued jobs can become stale. Dropship Calendar checks eligibility:
- While Item Finder and Automator discover candidates.
- Before creating an Import List row.
- When restoring, reposting, or manually importing.
- When a posting worker claims the row.
- During fresh-post preparation.
- Immediately before the final external eBay add attempt.
This layered design prevents an old browser page or queued job from bypassing a newer block or safety decision.
Blocking is not deleting
Section titled “Blocking is not deleting”A block prevents future sourcing and fresh listing actions. It does not itself:
- Delete a live eBay listing.
- Remove an order.
- Cancel fulfillment.
- Change repricing on an existing live listing.
- Override shared safety rules.
The optional Remove and block action combines two requests: persist your block first, then attempt listing removal. If eBay removal fails, the block remains and the listing can remain live.
Safest rule
Section titled “Safest rule”If the application reports a shared safety rejection, do not try to bypass it through manual import, archived restore, repost, or Allow again. Contact support if the product appears to be misclassified.
