Listing troubleshooting

Start with the row’s latest visible message. Do not repeatedly post an unchanged row.

The product cannot be freshly staged or posted while your block is active. Open Blocked Products and choose Allow again only if you intentionally want it eligible for future consideration. Allowing it again does not override VERO or restricted-product checks.

Do not attempt to work around the rejection. These are shared safety decisions and are independent of your personal block. See VERO and restricted products.

  1. Open Settings → eBay Policies.
  2. Confirm the connected seller.
  3. Choose Refresh policies.
  4. Select an available payment, return, and shipping policy.
  5. Save, then retry the single listing.

Edit the draft, select the correct category, and complete every required item specific. If the source details do not support an accurate value, do not guess.

Remove invalid images, wait for image processing to finish, and reselect a valid description template. Confirm the preview contains no unsupported supplier promises.

Verify supplier total cost, account defaults, matching price-range rules, and the final eBay price. Correct invalid or negative values before posting.

Reconnect the intended eBay seller, refresh policies, and verify selections. Do not authorize a different seller merely to clear an error.

Queued work can be delayed by existing listing activity or a cooldown. Refresh once after the progress indicator finishes. If it remains unchanged for an unusually long time, record the product title, approximate submission time, current status, and sanitized message for support.

If Dropship Calendar reports an error after eBay may have accepted the request:

  1. Search the connected seller’s active listings.
  2. Check My Products.
  3. Do not retry until you know whether the listing exists.
  4. Contact support if the outcome remains uncertain.

Never send credentials, tokens, or complete eBay request/response payloads to support.
