Shops and scans

A shop is the starting point for Item Finder discovery. Your shop attachment controls whether its products can appear in your Item Finder and Automator candidate pool.

  1. Open Item Finder.
  2. Choose Add shop.
  3. Enter the requested seller or shop identifier exactly as shown by the source.
  4. Submit the shop.
  5. Wait for the initial scan status to appear.

If the shop already exists in the shared catalog, Dropship Calendar can attach it to your account without creating a duplicate shop. Your attachment and its visibility remain account-specific.

Use refresh when product data or shop activity is out of date:

  1. Open the shop.
  2. Choose the refresh or scan action.
  3. Leave the scan queued if another scan is already active.
  4. Watch the progress indicator or return later.
  5. Reload the product view after completion.

Large shops can take time. Repeatedly starting the same scan does not make it finish faster.

Failed The run could not finish Read the visible error before retrying

Removing a shop detaches it from your Item Finder. It does not delete a shared catalog and does not remove products already in Import List or My Products.

If you later add the same seller again, the application creates a new active attachment. Automatic legacy materialization should not silently reactivate a removed attachment.

Confirm the seller identifier, wait for the scan to finish, clear overly strict filters, and verify that the source shop currently exposes products.

Refresh the page once. If the same run remains unchanged for an unusually long period, capture the shop name, run time, and sanitized status and contact support.

The product may have become ineligible, already present, blocked, VERO, restricted, or unready after new source data. Review Eligibility overview.
