Automator settings
Open Settings → Automator Settings and configure each stage deliberately.
Find Products settings
Section titled “Find Products settings”| Setting | Purpose |

| Quantity | Number of products Automator should try to add |
| Minimum supplier price | Lowest source price to consider |
| Maximum supplier price | Highest source price to consider |
| Minimum profit | Lowest projected profit to consider |
| Minimum sales | Lowest product activity to consider |
| Max members listed | Optional cap on projected member listings |
Leaving Max members listed blank applies no cap. Zero requests candidates currently projected as listed by no other members.
Post From Import List settings
Section titled “Post From Import List settings”| Setting | Purpose |

| Quantity | Maximum number of eligible drafts to claim |
| Profit margin | Pricing target applied by this posting setup |
| AI title customization | Lets the title service rewrite draft titles before posting |
| Scheduled posting | Enables the saved posting time |
| Schedule time | UTC time used by the schedule |
Review AI-generated titles before relying on them for larger batches. The title must still describe the exact product and variation accurately.
Save and supervise the first run
Section titled “Save and supervise the first run”- Use a small quantity.
- Save settings.
- Run Find Products.
- Review the new Import List rows.
- Post a small supervised batch.
- Verify the live listings on eBay.
- Increase quantities only after the complete workflow behaves as expected.
Safety boundaries
Section titled “Safety boundaries”Automator cannot override:
- A removed shop attachment.
- Active Import List or live product presence.
- Your Blocked Products entries.
- VERO or restricted-product protections.
- Missing or invalid eBay business policies.
Changing a setting affects new discovery or posting work. It does not rewrite existing live listings unless a separate listing or repricing action does so.
