Make room for products that prove they can sell

Volume Checker helps keep your catalog moving by removing eligible eBay listings that have not made their first sale within 29 days.

Instead of leaving unsold products active indefinitely, you can make room for new products that may perform better.

How the 29-day period works

The 29-day period begins when the product is posted to eBay, not when you enable Volume Checker.

A listing may qualify for removal when:

• It has been live for at least 29 days.
• It has not made its first sale.
• It is still eligible to be removed.

Enabling Volume Checker does not immediately remove every older listing.

Turn Volume Checker on or off

1. Open Settings → eBay Settings.
2. Find Volume Checker.
3. Set Auto-remove unsold listings after 29 days to Enabled or Disabled.
4. Save your settings.

What happens when a listing is removed

When Volume Checker successfully removes a listing:

• The listing is ended on eBay.
• The product is removed from your active My Products listings.
• The product may appear in Archived Products.

Volume Checker does not add the product to Blocked Products. The same product may become available to find or add again later.

If the listing remains active

If a listing could not be removed, it may remain live in My Products and on eBay.

Check both My Products and the live eBay listing before taking another action. Read any visible error message before trying again.

How Volume Checker differs from other features

• Repricer responds to supplier price changes.
• Volume Checker responds to a listing going 29 days without its first sale.
• Inventory settings respond to supplier availability and stock changes.

Turning on Volume Checker does not change your Repricer or inventory settings.
