Notifications
Dropship Calendar uses notifications and progress indicators to report background work such as scans, listing batches, exports, and fulfillment activity.
In-app notifications
Section titled “In-app notifications”Open the notifications area to review recent activity. Available filters can separate general, Auto Ordering, sales, listing, or Item Finder information.
A notification is a status signal, not a substitute for verifying a consequential external result. For example, confirm listings on eBay and purchases on the supplier account.
Progress indicators
Section titled “Progress indicators”Long-running work can create a progress bar. You can navigate elsewhere while it runs.
- Do not submit the same batch again while progress is active.
- Refresh the destination page after completion.
- If progress disappears, check the actual rows or orders before retrying.
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”Where notification settings are available for your account, choose the desired sales, Auto Ordering, and listing-update options and save. Availability can differ by account.
Test messages verify delivery connectivity only; they do not prove every future event will succeed.
Missing notifications
Section titled “Missing notifications”If you expected a notification:
- Open the relevant product, listing, or order directly.
- Refresh once.
- Check the selected notification filters.
- Confirm browser notification permissions if applicable.
- Record the approximate event time and sanitized action for support.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Notifications can contain product or operational context. Do not forward them publicly or include buyer information, order addresses, credentials, or full marketplace payloads in issue reports.
