Repricer
Repricer uses supplier cost and your account pricing policy to make decisions for existing eBay listings.
Account defaults
Section titled “Account defaults”Your account has a default profit value and profit type. The default applies when no more specific supplier-price range rule matches.
Profit can be expressed as:
- Fixed dollar profit
- Percentage profit
Repricer Rules
Section titled “Repricer Rules”A rule defines:
- Minimum supplier price.
- Maximum supplier price.
- Profit type.
- Profit target.
Create non-overlapping, intentional ranges. Review the confirmation carefully because adding, editing, or deleting a rule can affect live eBay listings that use Repricer Rules.
Repricer mode
Section titled “Repricer mode”Choose the outcome when repricing cannot maintain the intended policy:
- Adjust price updates the listing price according to the current result.
- Mark as out of stock uses the account’s out-of-stock behavior rather than publishing an unacceptable price.
The exact result also depends on listing state, supplier availability, and current marketplace write success.
Preview calculator
Section titled “Preview calculator”Use the preview calculator before saving:
- Enter a synthetic supplier total price.
- Review which range rule matches.
- Confirm fixed or percentage profit.
- Inspect the resulting target price.
The preview is a policy calculation, not a promise of the final marketplace result.
Relationship to Blocked Products
Section titled “Relationship to Blocked Products”Blocked Products prevents future sourcing and fresh posting. It does not automatically stop repricing an already-live listing. Remove or otherwise manage the live listing separately.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If a listing did not update:
- Confirm the connected eBay seller is active.
- Check supplier availability and the latest source cost.
- Verify the matching rule and mode.
- Check My Products and visible notifications for a marketplace error.
- Avoid repeatedly editing rules while a previous change is still processing.
