Billing and account
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Open Billing to review the current subscription, available plans, and invoices. Read the plan amount, billing interval, and effective change before confirming an upgrade or downgrade.
A billing change can affect subscription access. Confirm the success message and reload the page before repeating a request.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Use the invoice list for your records. If an amount or date appears incorrect, contact support with the invoice identifier and sanitized account information. Do not send complete payment-card data.
Change password
Section titled “Change password”Use the account menu’s Change Password action:
- Enter the requested current verification information.
- Use a unique new password.
- Save once.
- Sign in again if the session ends.
Do not reuse an eBay, Amazon, email, or payment password.
Account security
Section titled “Account security”- Keep marketplace and supplier credentials private.
- Never share one-time codes.
- Review connected eBay and supplier accounts after staff or ownership changes.
- Use the application sign-out action on shared devices.
- Report an unexpected seller, supplier account, billing change, or order immediately.
Subscription access
Section titled “Subscription access”When a subscription is inactive, Dropship Calendar can direct you to Billing before allowing normal dashboard work. Restoring billing does not automatically retry listing or order actions that failed while access was unavailable.
Contact support
Section titled “Contact support”Open Dropship Calendar support with your account email, invoice identifier, approximate time, and a description. Never include passwords, access tokens, complete card details, or supplier-account secrets.
