Filters and product metrics
Filters narrow the product set before you review individual candidates. They do not replace a final supplier-page and listing review.
Common filters
Section titled “Common filters”- Supplier price limits the source-price range.
- Minimum profit removes candidates below your target.
- Minimum sales focuses on products with the requested activity.
- Max members listed limits how many other Dropship Calendar members are projected as listing the candidate.
- Availability and eligibility remove products that are not ready for your account.
A blank maximum-members value means no cap. A value of zero means only candidates whose current projection shows no other members listed.
Understand cost and profit
Section titled “Understand cost and profit”Supplier total cost includes supplier price and supplier shipping when those values are available. Your account’s pricing policy converts that cost into an intended eBay price and expected profit.
Fees, taxes, refunds, source-price changes, and supplier-order changes can affect realized profit. Always review the final listing price.
Product and sales signals
Section titled “Product and sales signals”Item Finder can show product-level sales, sell-through, member-listing, and pricing signals. These values may come from different refresh times and should be interpreted together:
- Strong sales do not make an unsafe or unavailable product eligible.
- Low member count does not guarantee low marketplace competition.
- A positive projected profit can change before listing or fulfillment.
- Historical visibility is not proof of current supplier availability.
Profit Cockpit
Section titled “Profit Cockpit”Use Profit Cockpit to understand how the current source cost and pricing settings produce a target listing price. If its result differs from what you expected:
- Confirm supplier shipping is included.
- Review account profit defaults and any matching price-range rule.
- Confirm whether the rule uses fixed-dollar or percentage profit.
- Recalculate before posting.
Filters used by Automator
Section titled “Filters used by Automator”Automator uses saved supplier-price, profit, sales, and optional maximum-members thresholds during candidate discovery. Final SQL and posting checks still reject stale or unsafe candidates. See Automator settings.
