Security and privacy
Dropship Calendar workflows can involve sensitive marketplace, supplier, billing, and buyer data. Use the minimum information needed for each action.
Never share
Section titled “Never share”- Passwords or password-reset links.
- One-time codes or authenticator values.
- Access, refresh, session, or API tokens.
- Proxy usernames or passwords.
- Complete payment-card or bank information.
- Browser cookies or exported sessions.
- Full buyer addresses or private marketplace messages.
- Raw marketplace or supplier request/response payloads.
Support should not need these values.
Screenshots and recordings
Section titled “Screenshots and recordings”Before sharing:
- Crop to the relevant control and message.
- Remove names, emails, addresses, store IDs, order IDs, tracking numbers, and product identifiers tied to a member.
- Hide browser address-bar tokens and query strings.
- Review the entire image, including background windows.
Connected-account safety
Section titled “Connected-account safety”- Verify the eBay seller before listing.
- Verify the supplier account and payment profile before Auto Ordering.
- Revoke unexpected account access directly with the provider.
- Change compromised credentials at the provider first, then reconnect.
Consequential actions
Section titled “Consequential actions”Posting, revising, deleting, repricing, ordering, canceling, and refunding can affect external systems or money. Confirm the target account and selected count before submitting.
Public documentation
Section titled “Public documentation”This Help Center is intentionally static. It does not require your Dropship Calendar login and should never ask for account credentials, order data, or payment information.
