Known limitations
External systems remain authoritative
Section titled “External systems remain authoritative”eBay and suppliers can change availability, price, policies, verification requirements, page structure, delivery promises, and request outcomes. Dropship Calendar cannot guarantee acceptance, availability, delivery, profit, or order success.
Research data can be stale
Section titled “Research data can be stale”Item Finder and Automator use indexed data for speed. Final SQL and posting checks can reject a candidate that was visible moments earlier.
Queued work is not immediate
Section titled “Queued work is not immediate”Scans, bulk listings, removals, repricing, and fulfillment can wait for capacity or cooldowns. Repeated submission can create confusion or duplicate external actions.
A local state is not always an external result
Section titled “A local state is not always an external result”When an external request fails or its response is uncertain, verify the listing or order directly. Do not assume a local error proves nothing happened externally.
Personal blocks have a narrow purpose
Section titled “Personal blocks have a narrow purpose”Blocked Products prevents your account from sourcing or freshly listing an Amazon ASIN. It does not cancel orders, remove a live listing by itself, stop repricing, or override VERO and restricted-product rules.
Alternate-supplier manual fulfillment
Section titled “Alternate-supplier manual fulfillment”The alternate-supplier branch marks an order fulfilled but does not save alternate supplier identity or order details and does not start Amazon tracking automation.
Delivery-promise parsing
Section titled “Delivery-promise parsing”The optional Amazon delivery limit uses the primary visible delivery promise. Missing or unreadable promise text may not block an attempt, and force retry can bypass the limit for that attempt.
Documentation can lag a release
Section titled “Documentation can lag a release”If the application differs materially from this Help Center, stop before a consequential action and contact support. Product behavior in the currently deployed application is authoritative.
